It’s difficult, yes.

It’s like being trapped in a long and narrow dirt-covered passageway. You’d ask yourself, “What am I gonna do now? How do I get out of here?”

Crawling and wriggling through is all you can do. It stinks like it’s a graveyard of dead rats, you’d throw up which made the stink worse. You’ll have to keep crawling until you see the light at the end of that tunnel.

And, when finally you reached the end of the hideous tunnel, you look up, take a deep breath and close your eyes and let the sun shine on your face.

It has calming effect. The sun, the fresh breeze, and the invigorating scent of flowers have calmed your senses.

The Secret’s teaching is:

Look for the gifts in everything, especially when you are facing what appears to be a negative situation.

Adjusting to a new path and a new direction will require new qualities and strengths, and these qualities are always exactly what we need to acquire in order to accomplish the great things ahead in our life.

I do see and always appreciate all the good things in my life, most especially the best gift that came to my life over eight years ago, my handsome boy, EJ. He is the best son ever! Now, how can I not get past any hurdles?

It is beyond my comprehension how everything spiraled down to a revolting filth and left me contorted and disoriented.

EJ is the only reason I breathe. For him, I will crawl through any passageway, no matter how long or how dirty it is but I will crawl through.

What I don’t truly comprehend, after all these years, how could this person 'I used to know' remain so bitter and reasoning is so twisted?!

It’s not the same person. It can’t be the same person 'I used to know'. It just can't be.

It is beyond my comprehension how everything spiraled down to a revolting filth and left me contorted and disoriented.

But…! I got up off that dirt, cleaned up well, kicked the sorry self into new realm. Consequently, a new person emerged.

I am, in true sense, happy and content with what I have, where I am.

The only thing that matters to me is raising my son and hope that he will be the best gentleman there is, that he will never hurt nor make a woman cry.

What does it feel like to be in harmony with the Universe?

It is the same feeling as when you float on water. If you are tense, or if you resist the water, you will sink. If you surrender to the water, the water will support you and you will float.

That is the feeling, and that is how you harmonize yourself with the Universe.

Going Gaga Over Gargling

What do you do first thing in the morning when you get off the bed?

I don't know about most of you but a mouthwash is part of my daily morning routine. I automatically reach for mouthwash to gargle before I start preparing breakfast for my son, EJ. It feels better to work or do chores when my mouth feels clean and fresh. And, in case there's a need or an emergency to step out of the house or if there's someone knocking at the door, to randomly offer their products, I always want to be ready to face the world with a fresh breath and confident smile.

It would have been better if there is no need to keep gargling as often as every two hours especially for busy Moms like me. Occasionally, I participate in fun runs or environmental runs and I wish that gargling once is enough to keep my mouth feel fresh and clean all throughout and after my run. It is important for me that my mouth feel clean and fresh for the run event so that I have confidence to talk or socialize with other runners or run organizers or run photographers. It couldn't be much fun to run and gargle at the same time, could it?

Wouldn't it make you feel good and proud when you have confidence to socialize and make new friends? And that's all because of a good quality mouthwash that you gargle with, not every so often, but only once.
