An outcast high schooler, Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) was abandoned by his own parents to be raised by his Aunt May (Sally Field) and Uncle Ben (Martin Sheen). As Peter struggles his way through high school, he tries to figure out who he is and how to convey his affection for his crush Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone).
All through that life difficulty Peter is going through, he finds a clue as to why he was left behind by his parents. Then his quest about it begins which led him to Dr. Curt Connors (Rhys Ifans) and subsequently, collided with the doctor's alter-ego The Lizard.
Consequently, Peter will make life-altering choices which eventually turn him into a hero.
