It was a ‘community helper day’ a couple of days ago at my son’s school. So we went shopping for an outfit for my little boy last weekend.
Sadly, we weren’t able to find the ones he wanted e.g. fireman suit, chef coat. I decided to find something else and managed to convince my son to try on camouflage pants.
He didn’t want to be a soldier so he argued that he didn’t want to go to school as a soldier. However, I persuaded him that it’s just a pretend and we can’t find the outfits that he wants anyway.
Consequently, my boy, Elijah, is a soldier for the day. He wore a camouflage pants with England shirt and a necklace with Philippine flag pendant.
