I really love the concept of this song and its video. Most of you know this already, I bet. I was watching American Idol earlier when Kelly's music video was shown during the commercial break. It was just bits and pieces but basically showing the concept. And, I totally agree with Kelly when she said,

I love that whole concept because it's ignorant to think you know everything about a person. There are completely different sides to everybody's personality.
