An Awesome #Nuffnang Night to Watch The Bourne Legacy for Free!

A big thanks to Nuffnang Philippines and Mandaue Foam for picking me as one of the winners of The Bourne Legacy movie screening.

Isn't that cool? I got free movie tickets! What's more awesome is that the tickets were for the movie "The Bourne Legacy" that was partly filmed in Manila, Philippines! We were so excited to see how Philippines was featured in this film so off we went to Shang Cineplex, Shangri La Plaza last weekend.

Don't worry I won't spoil the story for the rest of you Bourne fans! Not much.

But let me just say that I'm glad Jeremy Renner didn't get hurt running and jumping over those roofs! I wouldn't dare do that myself nor would I let my family. The chase scene in Manila was so unreal and very Hollywoody style! You know why? It's next to impossible to do a chase around Manila because of heavy traffic and tight gaps between cars, especially if the route is jeepney route. Unfortunately, Filipino drivers (especially jeepney, taxi, bus and truck drivers) skillfully leave very minimal space for any other motorists to go through.

And why they didn't rent the yellow airport taxi when lead actors arrived in Manila?

Nonetheless, I loved the chase scene because of impressive execution. Also, Bourne Legacy plot is more solid than previous Bourne films. I can't wait for the sequel and I hope Matt Damon will agree to do the sequel too.

Have you seen "The Bourne Legacy" yet? What was your impression? If you haven't, I strongly recommend it for you all to watch, whether you've seen the previous Bourne films or not.
